Just a little advice from me to you: as someone who has been in the weight loss game for 15 years, I've realized it doesn't matter what you do, just be consistent. I don't like to judge or be judged by how you or I get there. All that matters is that we get there safely! I've seen people lose weight through both simple & complex formulas. I personally started with walking. As my mom likes to say, it's so easy & only costs you a pair of sneakers. That's it. I've seen people shrink by sipping Iaso tea. (Yup you heard me right) In less than a month their body was positively unrecognizable. I've tried & seen wraps work their magic. I've seen Crossfitters make it happen, as well as Weight Watchers, & Herbalife enthusiasts. Last but certainly not least, I can't forget about my Beachbody buddies! Who said working out at home isn't fun?! Zumba, Hot Yoga, & Pilates! Eeek! šš & yes, a personal trainer is definitely worth it! To me there's no right or wrong way, as long as it's a safe way, I support it & you. However, I've seen people with every resource available still not lose a single lb...wanna know why? They didn't utilize it! It's 2016. There's really no excuse. There are countless (even free) resources available at our fingertips, BUT we have to be willing to stick with it. Dreams don't work unless you do! So find something realistic you enjoy. Even if it's a 5 min solo dance party. If that gets old to you, don't be ashamed to try something new. Your commitment is to your body and goal, not necessarily the regimen. šš½āāļøšš½šÆšāāļøšš½āāļøšļøāāļøā¹š¼āāļøšš¼āāļøš“š½āāļøšššš¹šŖšššššššššš
